On the 11th of June 323 BCE, Alexander the Great drew his last breath surrounded by his generals in Babylon. After his death, his body was brought to Alexandria where for centuries it was an object of pilgrimage for rulers from across the known world. Then it disappeared without a trace.
In London, the CEO of Genesis Corp, one of the most secretive privately owned genetic engineering companies in the world, is murdered as he is giving a presentation at the British Museum. Just days later, his killer, a renowned geneticist, is assassinated in what appears to be a ritual murder.
Once again, SAS veteran Andrew Sterling and archaeologist Fiona Keane are asked to investigate, and they soon find themselves in the middle of a sinister plot to find Alexander’s tomb. But for what purpose?
